Dear Patients,
I am writing you to thank you for allowing me to serve as your dentist. I am grateful and honored for the trust you have given me. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my decision to retire. The Fifth and Browne Medical Building is slated to be demolished this fall, and for this reason, it has become necessary to close my practice.
I am highly recommending Dr. Todd Rogers at Smiles of Spokane, to continue your dental care. Dr. Rogers and I are both graduates of the University of Washington Dental School. I have absolute confidence that he will continue to provide the quality of care that you have received in my office. He works Monday through Friday, which adds convenience for those people with busy schedules.
Dr. Rogers has retained two of my staff members: Hillary Ham R.D.H. and Lori Kendal C.D.A, to better provide continuity of your dental care. Your dental records will be transferred to his practice. Dr. Rogers’ staff will ensure that your existing appointments will remain the same with Hillary Ham R.D.H unless you contact us to make a change. Our final day in the office will be Sept. 15th, 2016. Schedule changes proceding that date will need to be made directly with Smiles of Spokane at the below contact number. If you are not currently appointed they will be contacting you to find a day and time that works best for your schedule to keep you on track with your oral health.
I sincerely feel that Dr. Rogers and his staff will be a very good fit with the style of practice I have offered you through the years. I wish you good health and happiness.
Sincerely,
Janine K. Johnson DDS
